We have a great opportunity for a Subject Team Leader in Art and Design to join our inspiring and growing School. Lordswood Boys’ School (LBS) is about to achieve a fourth successive year of outstanding results as we await our first Ofsted Inspection as a Central Academies Trust (CAT) school. We believe we are at least a GOOD school with OUTSTANDING leadership and management.
The successful candidate will take specific responsibility and accountability for the day to day management and organisation of Art and Design in a small and expanding school, with around 400 students in year groups 7-11. If you want to make a difference to our students and support them to achieve their full potential, then this is the role for you.
The successful candidate will be:
- An outstanding teacher of Art & Design and have experience teaching Art, Photography & Graphics.
- Creative and innovative.
- Able to demonstrate they have very high standards and excellent outcomes for students in their career to date.
- Able to lead others.
- Committed to the notion that literacy is all and everything in education.
