About us

Le Régent International School is looking for passionate and creative teachers for their summer school in Crans-Montana, Switzerland.

Régent Camps offer three two-week boarding summer school sessions between July 3rd and August 16th 2020.

All teachers are offered a competitive salary, full boarding, laundry service and an opportunity to partake in a wide range of indoor and outdoor activities with the students.

The successful candidate will be available for at least 2 sessions (four weeks). Interviews may be done over Skype.
 

Job Description

We are looking for a creative, dedicated Digital Media teaching intern with contagious enthusiasm. 

You will share your passion for photography and video with international students aged 8 to 16. Teaching composition as well as editing, you will help your students to leave the camp as accomplished content creators. 

Mainly focused on outdoors and sports, the classes will be adapted to suit the wishes of the students. This could include basic special effects or portrait photography for example. 

You will be mentored by an experienced and enthusiastic senior teacher who will help you build your lesson content. 

You will help with teaching 2 periods of 1.5 hours every weekday. Teaching conditions are ideal with an average of 6 students per class. You will also partake in all boarding duties such as mealtimes, evening activities and the weekend excursion. Your mornings and the first period of the afternoon will be free of lessons, allowing for planning or personal projects.

Teaching experience is not required for this position as the head of digital media will help you arrange and adapt the lessons you will plan.

We are looking for staff with a love for sports and the outdoors. Experience working with boarding is a merit.
