Job overview

We provide high quality summer courses for international students in English language and a variety of fun academic and co-curricular activities created by the school’s enthusiastic and highly experienced staff. Set in one of England’s most beautiful stately homes in the glorious Cotswolds. It is a truly wonderful working environment to be in. Our EFL team are supported throughout the summer by our experienced DoS and Head of summer school, ensuring we maintain a quality and enriching programme for all of our international students.

• 16 hours of English Tuition per week (3 hours each morning)

• Team Project Challenges

• Academies and activities

• Evening activity and social programme

• Weekday half day excursions

• Lesson planning time allocated to all EFL Teachers.

Applicants must have as a minimum a degree plus an accredited EFL qualification.

Founded in 1928, Westonbirt School is a secondary school with a sixth form for boys and girls between the ages of 11 and 18. There are currently around 500 pupils enrolled at the school. It is situated on 210 acres of land in Tetbury, Gloucestershire. The school has a thriving boarding community. Pupil numbers have grown rapidly since the transition to full co-education in September 2019. A whole site development masterplan is in place which has seen significant investment in new teaching spaces, boarding accommodation, sports facilities and infrastructure.
