Supply staff needed!
ABC Teachers are looking for NQT’s or experienced teaching staff who are interested in working on either a part time or Ad Hoc basis. I work with a number of schools across Derbyshire and within the city of Derby, all of whom are in need of part time or temporary staff to cover emergency absences such as sickness, maternity leave, training courses as well as intervention roles. We deal with both short and long-term placements, meaning anywhere from 1 day up to an academic year!
This role is ideal for someone looking to carry on their teaching career but not take on the full responsibilities of a class teacher or to fill those extra days in the week when they’re not working. Supply work can also be useful for those trying to get back into teaching from a career break as it means you can go into a less pressured environment and get your name out across several schools in your local area. This opportunity allows for you to select the hours you work as well as the schools that you work in, meaning that you never have to do anything that you won’t enjoy.
ABC Teachers offers very competitive rates as we only recruit the highest quality of candidates and are one of the most successful agencies in the midlands.
If you would like to be considered then click to apply now! Or please contact Kiefer today by calling 01332 219051 or email your CV to firstname.lastname@example.org
To register with us, all candidates will be required to attend a face to face interview, hold an enhanced DBS check in Child Workforce on the Update Service and also gain references to cover the last 2 years. Please note that all teachers must hold valid QTS. For any Teaching Assistant roles you must hold an NVQ Level 2 or above, a relevant educational degree or a minimum of 3 months relevant experience within a UK school in the last 5 years.
Now is an extremely exciting time to join ABC teachers as we were acquired by TES over Easter 2016; they have chosen to work with 3 agencies throughout the country and ours was one of them. We are also recognised and awarded the Gold Standard by the REC which will give you peace of mind that you are registering with the right agency.
If you register with ABC Teachers, we are so confident about getting you work; we will run you a brand new DBS and once you have fully registered and worked 1 day with us, we will refund you the money. This will save you close to £50! (Subject to terms and conditions)
