Support Services Manager

Al Karamah School and Training Institute is a high-profile school for Emirati students, offering world-leading education and behavioural care. Based in Abu Dhabi, our aim is to make a real and lasting difference for every young person we support. The School will cater for children and young people on the autistic spectrum, aged 3 to 25, who range from low to high functioning.

We are looking for a Support Services Manager to lead all of the teams which support the school’s day-to-day operations. The post holder will line manage HR, Finance, Operations and IT. This role is pivotal to the smooth running of the school, and will link closely with colleagues in ADEK and Priory Aspris.

Essential requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in education, Business Administration, or relevant degree
• 10 years of experience in a similar role in a school or facilities environment
• Excellent background in the field of Finance, HR, Operations and IT
• Good experience in drafting/reviewing policies
• Supervisory principles

Desirable:

• Experience of working in a school or educational setting
• Experience of working with children with autism and other special educational needs
• "Big 4" experience
