We are seeking an exceptional Support Services Manager to join our vibrant, inclusive, and high-performing primary school where every child is nurtured, challenged, and celebrated. The Support Services Manager will lead the integration and alignment of school systems and resources, ensuring the effective management of people, finances, and facilities. You will be instrumental in driving operational excellence and supporting the delivery of high-quality teaching and learning.
Key Responsibilities
Model professional leadership and management of support staff in partnership with teaching colleagues.
Promote a strong business ethos and ensure strategic use of resources to support learning objectives.
Oversee Human Resources, Finance, Premises, Facilities, Health & Safety, IT, Income Generation, and Administration (including Trips).
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in school business management or a similar operational leadership role.
Strong financial acumen and HR management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Ability to lead and inspire teams across multiple functions
Commitment to deliver high-quality business services to support the education and wellbeing of our children, staff and families.
