Mary Immaculate Catholic Primary School is seeking a Support Teacher: Inclusive Education to support the engagement, learning progress and achievement of students. This is a 12 month contract starting in 2019. We are seeking a passionate, talented and enthusiastic Support Teacher: Inclusive Education. The successful applicant will have the necessary ST-IE qualifications to support and engage students of varying ability in Years Prep-6 as well as the ability to support teachers in planning and making adjustments in all Learning Areas. They should have experience in case management, curriculum planning and EAP profiling, be highly motivated, culturally aware, have excellent communication and relational skills and be able to work collaboratively with our team to support our students to reach their full potential. This is a part time fixed term appointment.

Mary Immaculate is a one stream, co-educational primary school with an enrolment of approximately 106 students. The school is part of the Archdiocese of Brisbane Catholic Education community of schools, providing high quality, inclusive teaching and learning to meet the needs of our culturally and linguistically diverse community of learners.  The school prides itself on the unique sense of community that exists because of our cultural diversity.
