Vision for Education are hiring on behalf of a residential care home for clients with a wide range of learning difficulties, for support staff who hold a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare. It is necessary that you hold this qualification, or an equivalent qualification, to be eligible for these positions. 

If you have previous experience working within residential care homes for people with learning difficulties it would be beneficial to your application.

The clients in this home are aged between 6 and 18 and have a wide range of learning difficulties and challenging behaviours. You must be an empathetic, adaptable and flexible carer with a strong motivation to improve the lives of others. Experience assisting with or leading moving and handling would also be beneficial. You must also be comfortable with helping individuals with aspects of personal care and hygiene. 

This position would begin in September 2017.
