Job overview
The Bermuda School of Music, Bermuda charity #483, has been providing music education to the Island since 1978. It is our aim to achieve musical excellence for all by providing individual and community music programmes for students of all ages and in areas of need.
Duties:
- Teach individual and group lessons to students, 29/hours per week.
- Hold studio and group recitals.
- Perform in faculty concerts and at community events.
Qualifications:
Candidates will hold a degree in Music (violin) and have 5 years post graduate teaching experience.
Applicants must have a minimum Book 4 Suzuki Teacher Training Certification, the Comprehensive Suzuki Audition video, and a teaching video.
Additional certifications in piano instruction would also be beneficial.
