BCS is looking for a highly motivated individual to lead the Swimming Academy to the next level; someone who has a proven track record taking athletes to National and International levels.
He/she will need to work with a variety of stake holders from the School and local community to promote, enhance and grow BCS swimming across the full range of abilities.
We are ideally looking for someone who has already had experience of effectively running a coaching team.
This is an extremely exciting opportunity for the right person to build on the already established and nationally recognised swimming programme.
The candidate must be an excellent communicator who will bring real energy and dynamism to the role, alongside genuine enthusiasm and passion for supporting young people.

BCS is a co-educational independent school on the south coast. The school has extensive facilities across two sites; BCS Senior (day and boarding, 11-18) is situated in excellent grounds in Southbourne, Bournemouth and BCS Prep (day, 2-11) is in spacious accommodation in Lower Parkstone, Poole. There are currently approximately 630 pupils on roll.
