An exciting opportunity has arisen at Chesterfield College Group and we are looking to recruit a System Development & Reporting Manger. This is a key role in the college, leading a team of highly skilled developers to deliver innovative and practical solutions to teachers, managers and support teams.

The role will manage our learner data systems and plan for enhancements and developments to make those systems more productive and with increased interoperability. The role will provide solutions for business support teams to capture data simply, safely and securely, and then provide reporting and analysis services for staff to effectively manage their provision.

You will be required to plan, prioritise and liaise with a range of internal customers and their requirements, and provide clear communications about project progress, maintenance, as well as fixes.

To succeed in this role you will need experience of a customer facing role and a high set of technical skills. You will need strong communication and customer service skills and an ability to provide simple solutions to complex problems. You must have initiative, strong attention to detail and first-class management skills.
