E-ACT multi-academy trust is responsible for 25 academies across the length and breadth of England. Our academies can collaborate and share ideas with one another in ways that schools may not be able to. Most importantly, we all feel part of something much bigger as our responsibilities go far beyond the four walls of a single academy, and extend to people and their communities across the country.

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Send and Behaviour System Leader to lead and oversee the further development of SEND provision across six academies within London and Buckinghamshire. The post offers excellent opportunities to an outstanding candidate whose strong values are matched by leadership skills and professional ambition. The post holder will be based at the school nearest to their home address.

You will play a key role within the London and Bucks regions to ensure that all students/pupils with additional needs make accelerated progress in their learning and achieve to the very best of their ability. 

The ideal applicant will be:

  • Committed to meeting the individual learning needs of our diverse group of pupils 
  • Passionate about working in partnership with all stakeholders 
  • Highly skilled at identifying school improvement priorities and strategically planning for its development 
  • An outstanding classroom practitioner who can lead by example, support the further development of SEND provision and outcomes across the regions
  • Self-motivated, dynamic, and with the ability to both challenge and support colleagues

Through a thorough understanding of the SEND code of practice you will have demonstrated both best practice in meeting the needs of pupils with SEND and a proven commitment to high expectations and raising standards for all.
