The SCC Group is going through an exciting time in delivering its vision for the future. The development of the constituent Colleges; Pendleton Sixth Form College, Eccles Sixth Form College, Worsley College, CitySkills and FutureSkills, together with the expanding Apprenticeship and Higher Education provision means that the central Management Information Department is expanding. With a focus on delivering a first class service to students and staff, the College is seeking to recruit a number of key posts which will have a significant impact on implementing this strategy.


An opportunity has arisen to join our professional and enthusiastic MI team in an interesting and key role as our Systems Analyst/Report Writer. Our team’s vision is to provide an efficient, professional and customer focused service, supporting the SCC Group in shaping our MI systems. We require a motivated and organised individual to join our Technical Services Team to support the implementation, maintenance and integration of student record systems and online systems to enhance the learner journey from application to award of their qualification. In addition you will be responsible for developing data reporting systems and dashboards. 


You will hold a degree or equivalent qualification in IT or a related discipline and experience of developing and maintaining databases and reports, and migrating data. You will carry out investigative work in the role and develop solutions to problems, along with querying and reporting from databases you will ensure are operating efficiently.
