Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment efforts, enhance the candidate experience, and build our employer brand. As a key member of the Employee Success team, you will ensure we attract and hire top-tier talent that aligns with our school’s values and culture. You will also contribute to developing strategies to position the school as an employer of choice in the education sector.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates for both academic and non-academic roles.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
- Proactively build a talent pipeline for future staffing needs through networking, referrals, and targeted outreach.
- Collaborate with department heads to craft job descriptions and enhance the recruitment process.
- Mentor hiring managers on best practices for interviewing and selection processes.
- Maintain strong relationships with recruitment agencies, job boards, and other external partners.
- Provide regular insights on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry best practices, recruitment tools, and trends to continuously refine strategies.
Candidate Experience
- Create a positive and engaging experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process via professional communication with candidates, and timely updates on their application status.
- Develop feedback mechanisms to improve the hiring journey based on candidate insights.
- Ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding process for new hires.
Employer Branding
- Contribute into development of the employer brand strategy and work on its execution.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to create compelling content (e.g., social media posts, videos, blogs) showcasing the school’s culture, values, and achievements.
- Represent the school at job fairs, career expos, and industry events.
- Monitor and enhance the school’s online presence on platforms like LinkedIn, TES, school website and local job boards.
Qualifications and Skills
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably in education or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Expertise in sourcing techniques and recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS).
- Creative thinking and experience in employer branding initiatives.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Passionate about education, results-driven, can do attitude and committed to delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Our Campus
Currently we are operating in a temporary campus, opened in September 2022 which includes 3 areas: Pre-Primary, Primary and Secondary School as well as outdoor sport courts, playgrounds, canteen, 2 art studios, 2 music rooms and 2 libraries.
Future Campus
Drawing inspiration from renowned educational projects worldwide and working in collaboration with one of the leading architectural bureaus, we are about to shape the future of our school. Among other features, the permanent campus will include 5 laboratories, 2 art studios, swimming pool, sports base for both indoor and outdoor activities and much more.
By 2026, we aim to bring our vision to life and establish a vibrant educational environment for global citizens. This inclusive space will cater to the needs of our students, parents, teachers and international specialists, fostering mutual support and collaboration.
