We are looking for an experienced Talent Attraction Partner to join our team working closely with recruiting managers to appoint & on-board the best possible candidates.

We take pride in providing a welcoming and professional end-to-end service of advertising, organising interviews & on-boarding.

About the role

This is a key role within the organisation providing guidance to managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process. You will be our ‘face of TCG’ and contribute to the candidate experience directly as well as being responsible for attracting the volume and calibre of candidates required. You will also be responsible for full compliance of TCG safer recruitment pre-employment checks and onboarding activities. Training will be given in safer recruitment.

About you

We are looking for someone who can manage their own workload to ensure KPI’s are met and provide reports and data on your recruitment activity. Recent recruitment experience in a client focused environment, where you have the confidence to build relationships and use your initiative to resolve any problems is essential.

It is essential that you are a pro-active problem solver, approachable & professional. You should have experience in social media marketing strategies & have the ability to drive projects forward, guiding both managers & candidates through the recruitment process whilst striving towards best practice at all times. You should be organised & like deadlines to drive you on.

You will meet the people you recruit, so job satisfaction is guaranteed!

In order to be successful in this role you must be level 5 CIPD qualified or have equivalent HR experience, and maths and English at Level 2 (or be prepared to work towards).
