Are you an ambitious, resourcing and talent professional who prides themselves on their ability to deliver the right people in the right place at the right time? Do you want to be part of an organisation that is passionately committed to inspiring children and young people? If so, the role of Talent Resourcing Partner could be the one for you.
As an enthusiastic individual you will be responsible for providing specialist support, establishing advisory relationships that enable the Group to attract, recruit and retain the best talent. Ultimately ensuring every academy has the staff it needs to accelerate improvement and deliver high quality education to all children, regardless of background or ability. Based within the cluster area, you will work as part of the wider Talent resourcing team.
This is an exciting opportunity to make a difference and impress in an influential role. We’re looking for someone who has already proven to be successful in a similar resourcing role within education (ideally inhouse), someone who has confidence to challenge the status quo, as well as the ability to coach others, harness creativity and network effectively.
Academies Enterprise Trust is the largest multi-academy trust (MAT) in the country with a national network of 63 primary, special and secondary academies across England. Under new leadership, with an entirely new executive team and new Trust Board members, AET is now a radically different organisation. School improvement, governance and finance have been overhauled as part of a trust-wide programme to reform and renew AET and, as such, this is an exciting time to join the organisation.
We are committed to making sure that AET provides a professional, high quality and consistent HR service to our academies to support AET’s vision to become not just the biggest, but the best national MAT. Children are at the heart of everything we do, and it is our mission to provide first rate education that enables them to thrive in the whole of their lives.
You will benefit from visionary, inspirational and dynamic leadership and be empowered to develop your own skills with access to world-class CPD and Talent Management programmes. You will also be entitled to the following benefits: a pension, a health cash plan and childcare vouchers.
This position is required to commence as soon as possible.
