Exeter & North Devon Colleges Group (ENDC) is one of the largest place‑based college groups in the country, created through the merger of Exeter College and North Devon College (formerly Petroc) in early 2026.

The Group provides coast‑to‑coast education for over 16,000 learners across three campuses in Exeter, Tiverton and Barnstaple.

ENDC brings together Exeter College in Exeter, the Exeter College Centre for Progression in Tiverton, and North Devon College in Barnstaple to deliver a unified, high‑quality learning experience for the region.
