IAT is Looking for qualified and experienced Electrical Engineering Teachers for our High School level students (Grades 9 to 12). Candidates experienced with BTEC or TAFE or Similar curriculum and Middle East teaching have an advantage. Thorough knowledge of project based learning , PLCB, etc. are highly desirable.
Candidates should have minimum a Bachelor Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering with relevant teaching and industrial experience.

Applied Technology High School - Abu Dhabi Male aims to provide a career-based technical education for its students. The school wishes to embrace technology. It has affirmed that it wishes for its students to be able to take advantage of technology in the form of iPads and iBooks. Students are also given the opportunity to watch podcasts of professionals in the work place, or explanations about specific topics. In addition, through its Learning Resource Centre, the school aims to provide students with access to resources and up-to-date information in both print and electronic format. The school’s Learning Resource Centre is intended to be a student-centred, dynamic learning hub, which provides the means to transform the students’ learning experience from a conventional one into an interactive, autonomous, one-to-one learning experience. Information Literacy sessions are also provided for students with the aim of developing their critical thinking skills and their ability to conduct research in a thorough manner. Overall, the school aims to offer a distinctive educational experience that integrates career and technical education and that has a rigorous academic core.
