In a recent external consultancy visit the inspector commented, “I hope the children, parents and staff realise how lucky they are to work in such a special place and your EYFS outdoor areas are sublime. Children who attend Langley hall are very fortunate to receive an inspirational, well designed and highly ambitious curriculum that matches and in many cases exceeds the scope and content of the national curriculum.”

The school has a Creative Arts focus with every child playing the violin and recorder from the age of 5.

About Langley Hall Primary Academy

Langley Hall Primary Academy opened in September 2011 under the government’s free school initiative. The teaching of numeracy and literacy are a key priority and is combined with a major focus on the teaching of the Creative Arts. Our school motto ‘Ad Vitam Paramus’ means ‘we are preparing for life’ and we fully embrace the belief that children learn best in an environment where they are happy, challenged, motivated and nurtured.
