We are seeking a suitably qualified, dynamic educator to fill the position of Mathematics, Science and RE Teacher (Psychology would also be advantageous).
The successful applicant will be joining an established team focussed on collaborative working practices, supported by an outstanding Heads of Departments.
The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate commitment to Excellence in Learning and Teaching through co-planning from the approved curriculum; teaching that provides opportunities for students to develop their love of learning; and a mind-frame of continuous improvement through dedicated feedback processes which includes explicit and visible differentiation and checking for understanding practices within classes.
A student focused mindset will be evident in the successful candidate’s ability to articulate their experience in working to create an environment where, in partnership with families, they have worked to support students to discover their spark, discover their strength and discover their spirit.
Experience working within a Responsible Thinking Process framework would be advantageous.
