We are looking for an enthusiastic and inspirational teacher to join our wonderful school. Our children are excited about learning and proud of the wonderful resources and environment we offer. We offer a great CPD programme encouraging career progession, laptop and ipad to aid recording of pupil assessment, weekly planning opportunities in year groups in order to reduce teacher workload.
Shears Green Junior is an Ofsted Good, popular, over-subscribed four form entry in Northfleet, Kent. Transport links to MD/A2 are minutes away from the school. We have 480 pupils on roll, organised in 16 classes.

Shears Green Junior School is an exciting and vibrant four form junior school located just off of the A2 near Gravesend, Kent. Our staff are dedicated to providing the very best education for every child in our school community.
