Teacher of A level Psychology/Sociology
Required from 1st September 2017 or as soon as possible
0.5 – 1.0 FTE
Salary scale: £ 21000 - £ 30,000 (dependent upon experience)
The Academy would like to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced A level Psychology/Sociology Teacher to join the Academy from 1 September 2017 or as soon as possible. It is desirable that candidates have previous experience of teaching Psychology and/or Sociology to A level, although NQTs are welcome to apply for this post. A trainee who is willing to acquire a recognised teaching qualification once appointed may also be considered and appropriate support will be given.
Candidates should be enthusiastic and committed to the ethos of the Academy. We are keen to recruit dedicated and ambitious professionals who will add value to our Academy in both academic terms and through involvement in learning and success beyond the classroom.
