In order to increase capacity across the Multi Academy Trust a teacher with a passion for their subject is required to teach Art and Graphics across two forward thinking and vibrant schools.
Arden is a very popular and successful ‘outstanding’ academy in South Solihull and is the lead school within the Arden Multi-Academy Trust, of which Lode Heath School is a member. Together, we are committed to help and enrich the experiences of all within the AMAT family; we have a clear vision to generate self-belief, self-worth, esteem and confidence in our young people who can then display the ambition and aspiration in achieving high educational outcomes.
Opportunities don’t arise very often to teach across two different Academies and applicants will, therefore, need to be flexible – you will need to teach at both Arden and Lode Heath School, spending the equivalent of two days and three days a week at each school respectively. If you would like to be considered for a career with us, we will need you to facilitate outstanding pupil outcomes across the whole age and ability range. The Academies provide CPD opportunities, childcare vouchers, pension and cycle to work scheme and as part of a Multi Academy Trust we offer fantastic opportunities for ambitious staff to progress. Equally, few other places offer the chance to simply teach motivated pupils devoted to learning.
As a Teacher of Art & Graphics, you will be an outstanding classroom practitioner who is equipped to share your expertise and contribute to an already successful team to ensure even higher attainment and more positive learning experiences for our students and your commitment and desire for excellence will be clear.

All applications will be considered on their merit.
