Teacher of Art and Design / Head of Faculty

Temporary Role as Maternity Cover for 1-year, Full Time

Required for APRIL 2023

St George’s International School, Luxembourg, is an inclusive international community of over 860 students aged from 3 to 18 years, representing over 60 different nationalities. Student outcomes have improved year on year, with students last year achieving 93% A*- C at iGCSE (58% at grade A*/A), 100% at A2 (70% at grade A*/A) and 98% at AS (66% at grade A/B).

We are seeking to recruit a dynamic and outstanding classroom practitioner with a proven track record of success, a detailed knowledge and understanding of the British educational system, a passion for their subject and a commitment to ensuring the very best outcomes for the students they teach.

Job Purpose:

·        To teach KS3, GCSE and A Level Art and Design. 

You will have:

·        Teaching Qualification - essential

·        A proven record of good/outstanding teaching

·        Experience of teaching the English National Curriculum for England and Wales
