This is an exciting opportunity to join a Trust whose culture and activity are driven by the core belief that every child should achieve their potential.

We are looking for an outstanding classroom teacher with the ability to teach Art and Photography to KS4 and KS5. This will be a fantastic opportunity to be a part of a strong and rapidly growing department, teaching primarily fine art at GCSE level and some art and photography at Key stage 5. The candidate will need strong subject knowledge in fine art and experience with photography would also be beneficial. They will need to be very able in drawing, painting and print-making amongst other fine art practices.

Experience teaching GCSE fine art is essential as you will need to have the ability to inspire and develop both staff and students in order to raise standards and maximise potential in this area. Experience teaching photography and with Photoshop style software and in using a digital SLR camera would also be very beneficial. You will need to be either an outstanding classroom practitioner already, or an NQT that can demonstrate the potential to become outstanding quickly, with a commitment to continuous professional development.

You need to have the ability to inspire and develop both staff and students in order to raise standards and maximise potential.
