Salary: Outer London Main/Upper Pay Range.
We are looking for a suitably qualified and enthusiastic part time (3 days per week) Teacher of Art to join our over-subscribed school with a thriving Sixth Form. The days required will be Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays to cover a maternity absence. We require someone who can teach Art to KS3 and KS4 and there is also a possibility of KS5 teaching.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who is committed to inspiring and motivating students through their innovative and engaging teaching with excellent support from a successful, hardworking and friendly department. This role is suitable for an ECT or equally a more experienced teacher.

The successful candidate will meet the following essential criteria:
· QTS;
· a broad base of subject knowledge;
· the ability to teach across Key Stages 3, 4 and 5;
· a clear vision for a knowledge-rich curriculum;
· the ability to employ a range of teaching and learning
strategies;
· the ability to maintain good classroom behaviour;
· effective interpersonal skills and the desire to work
· effectively as part of a team;
· ability to demonstrate suitability to work with children
and young people.
