The English College in Prague seeks a committed and creative teacher to join its thriving Science Faculty. We are looking for a candidate who can enthuse students, many of whom are academically excellent, and deliver lessons that are both exciting and rigorous. The College integrates ICT into its curriculum across all subjects so an interest in, or a desire to learn about, the use of ICT in teaching and assessment is essential, as well as strong subject knowledge.
Biology is taught throughout the school. Science lessons are taught in our recently refurbished laboratories, with a strong emphasis on practical and investigation work. All teachers have a timetabled period to meet with their colleagues and discuss and develop teaching ideas, and we are looking for someone who will embrace and contribute to this concept.
We look at all applications on an individual basis and the role of Head of Biology might be available for the right candidate.
