Cranleigh School seeks to appoint, for September 2018, a strong honours graduate to teach Biology up to A level. This post would equally suit someone who is looking to start a career in the subject, or someone who already has some experience in the profession. The successful candidate will teach a variety of classes from Years 9 to 13 in a lively and successful Department and will take full part in the life of this busy and friendly boarding school.

Cranleigh is a leading co-educational weekly boarding and day school set in a stunning rural location in more than 280 acres on the edge of the Surrey Hills. In 2015 the School celebrated its 150th anniversary; it has come a long way since its establishment as a school to support the local farming community in 1865.

Location
Cranleigh’s 280 acre site, situated eight miles from Guildford near the Surrey - West Sussex border, is part of Cranleigh Village and within forty-five minutes of London.
Heathrow and Gatwick airports are within easy access; there is a fast, regular train service from Guildford to Waterloo.
