Suitable for ECT

Due to significant growth in student numbers in the Business and Economics department and the launch of GCSE Business, we have an exciting opportunity for an inspirational teacher to join our Trust, teaching both at A Level and GCSE. We aim to challenge, inspire and raise aspirations. We credit our success to our collaborative atmosphere, working together to provide shared lesson resources and to support one another in improving our teaching. We use research evidenced pedagogy to guide department decisions including maximising immediate feedback in class over marking to reduce teacher workload and give more time for planning and development.

We are looking for a self-motivated and proactive individual who is empathetic and welcoming and able to build a rapport and trust with staff and students. We want someone who shares our passion for providing students an outstanding education, someone who believes wholeheartedly in our vision, understands their place in fulfilling it, and is committed to delivering Denmark Road 365.

Please download our recruitment pack where you will find full details of the role.
