Peter Symonds is a vibrant sixth form college in Winchester which has been rated by Ofsted as ‘outstanding’ in every respect. We have a large team of committed and talented staff who are at the heart of the success of the College.
Business is a successful and growing department at the College, with over 700 students and 13 committed teachers who teach across the range of courses: A level, BTEC and Level 2 Cambridge Technical.
We have a permanent full-time vacancy for someone to join the team to teach A level and BTEC. Candidates will be graduates of Business or a closely allied subject. We welcome applications from both newly qualified and experienced teachers. Most importantly, they will be passionate and creative, with a real joy for the job.
Please note that posts advertised to start in September 2020 actually commence with student enrolment on Tuesday 25 August 2020. Teaching staff are required to work this week but should you have an existing commitment please make this clear on your application and we will honour it.
