The governors are seeking to appoint a motivated, inspiring and committed teacher to join a growing and developing Business Studies department.  The successful candidate will be an inspiring, dynamic teacher with a passion for learning and have the vision to develop further in this popular and successful department.

Business Studies is a popular option at KS4 with two classes in each year group.  Due to the popularity of the subject we have introduced Level 3 BTEC Business Studies in Year 12 and are looking for the right candidate to support in this exciting opportunity along with aspects of GCSE Business Studies teaching. The hours of the role are open to negotiation but will require a minimum commitment of 0.5 FTE.

Applications should be submitted immediately and candidates will be considered and potentially called for interview as applications are received. The school reserves the right to close the vacancy at any time.

John F Kennedy Catholic School is a successful comprehensive for students aged 11-18.  Our recent Section 8 Ofsted inspection in March 2017 confirmed that we remain a ‘good’ school. The Diocesan Section 48 Inspection in December 2017 judged the classroom religious education and Catholic Life of the school to be ‘good’.
