Situated in Pudsey and just 15 minutes from both Leeds and Bradford centre, we provide places for 1250 students. The Academy has a very special ethos, which visitors continue to comment on. We are seeking a talented and driven individual to fulfil the role of Teacher of Business to cover the maternity leave of the post holder. We are looking to recruit an individual with flair, drive and the desire to make a real difference to Academy outcomes.
The role offers the successful candidate a challenge that will be both rewarding and fulfilling, with the support to achieve your own personal career goals and aspirations, whilst demonstrating a real commitment to co-operative values and principles.
This is a fixed term opportunity for 12 months for the right individual to make a significant contribution to the Business Department and help shape and build on our vision and our ethos.

Co-op Academy Priesthorpe is a 'Good' school in Leeds (Ofsted, 2024) with Outstanding features. It is an 11-18 Academy with a Sixth Form and an intake of over 1000 students and around 135 staff. Originally a co-operative foundation school and part of the Leeds Co-operative School’s Network, they joined the Co-operative Academies Trust in July 2017.
