The Broxbourne School is an 11 – 18, co-educational, friendly and heavily over-subscribed all ability Academy school of 1270 pupils with 214 A-level students. The school is committed to providing teachers with excellent resources, clerical support, LSA support and a disciplined environment.  The school is committed to continuing professional development and will support teachers wishing to complete a Masters in Education.  The school also operates an accelerated pay progression for exceptional teachers.  We offer an extensive NQT programme as well as future career development opportunities.
