THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

·        The ability to teach Business Studies & Economics to Key Stage 4 and the opportunity to teach to Key Stage 5

·        The ability to offer PE as a second subject would be advantageous

·        A passion for Business Studies & Economics and a commitment to embedding a lifelong love of learning to our students

·        A high expectation for students of all abilities

·        Forward thinking disposition, creative, receptive to change and able to work within and contribute to the continual development of the team

·        A detailed knowledge of the curriculum and its means of delivery

About Churchmead Church of England (VA) School

Churchmead School is a mixed, non-selective, Church of England, voluntary-aided, 11-18 secondary school, situated in Datchet in Berkshire. It is a small school with 412 students on roll. Although the school does not currently have its own sixth form, it collaborates with East Berkshire College and hosts some of their courses on site.
