We are seeking to employ an enthusiastic teacher of Business Studies to join our team of dedicated Computing, Business and Economics teachers. The successful applicant must be able to teach Business Studies to KS4 and KS5, and it would be advantageous if they could also teach Economics up to KS5. There is an opportunity for a suitable candidate to be the second in the CBE department, with a TLR 2a (£2,790)

This is an exciting time for the school as examination results have seen rapid improvement and the school is expanding. In 2019, 72% of our KS4 cohort achieved grade 4+ in both English and Maths, and 52% achieved grade 5+ in both English and Maths. The school’s Progress 8 score was +0.26, and the gap between disadvantaged and other students closed significantly for the second successive year, with the Progress 8 score for Free School Meals Ever 6 students being +0.04. In KS5, we achieved 56% A* - B and 79% A* - C, an average grade of B- and a positive progress measure.
