The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic chemist who is capable of motivating students and working collaboratively within the department. The post would suite either a well‐qualified teacher or someone at the beginning of their teaching career who can gain experience and grow within a supportive department. The successful candidate should be able to teach across all year groups, including A‐level and should have an awareness of exam specifications and requirements.

The appointment is a full time position. The successful candidate will be expected to contribute to the wider life of the school and its community; this will be discussed at interview. Salary will commensurate with qualifications, the schools pay scale is in line with Local Authority Main & Upper pay scales.
