The Sele School is a rapidly growing secondary school. We are looking for a hard working individual who is excited to join a professional environment where excellence is the norm and who will seek to take up all the professional development opportunities the school has to offer.

Our ethos Non Ducor Duco: I am not led, I lead - is a lived experience in our community. We view education as a transformative process and if you feel you have the discipline and work ethic to teach at the highest level; have a passion to deliver A level Chemistry syllabus and wish to be better than you are today, then The Sele School is the place for you.

The learning climate is impeccable and the culture of driving up standards is upheld by all who attend The Sele School. We offer our staff a comprehensive CPD programme with opportunities to visit our partner schools such as The Perse School in Cambridge. We are also embarking on a 5 year ICT strategy to incorporate VR into the classroom so that abstract and complex structures can be experienced by our students using immersive educational tools.
