We seek a confident and creative teacher to contribute fully to the future development of Science and the Academy. You will have the capacity to raise attainment through motivating and inspiring students and will help foster a culture of high expectations and achievement. Results are very good with 96% of students achieving A*-C in Physics and Chemistry GCSE in August 2015. Both subjects are very popular at KS4 and post 16 and thus you must be able to teach either subject at A Level.
The Academy is a vibrant and exciting place to be, with a superb group of staff and amazing students who are motivated to achieve their personal best. We were judged as "Good" by Ofsted and have a brand new £26m building with state of the art facilities, excellent resources and access to the latest technology. Students aspire to continue their studies in our Sixth Form.
