Rugby High School is an 11-18 girls’ grammar school, which admits boys in the sixth form. We currently have 904 students on roll. Twice judged outstanding by Ofsted, the school has a large Sixth Form with many students going on to study science at university; more than 50% of students accept places at Russell Group universities each year.

In the past 18 months schools have been challenging environments – Rugby High School has been as challenged as any school, but the mutual care, kindness and respect we show each other as colleagues, and our students has ensured that it has remained a warm, welcoming and supportive place to work.  Our students have been amazing throughout, and we would be very pleased to welcome a new colleague who wanted to nurture the curiosity and joy of learning in our whole school community.
