South Hampstead High School are seeking to appoint a Computer Science specialist with a genuine enthusiasm for technology to play a key role teaching highly motivated and talented pupils from Year 7 to 13. 

The ideal candidate will be able to teach programming to A Level standard and support pupil software development projects at this level. 

A desire to contribute to and to take leading roles in the development of a rapidly expanding and innovative department is essential, along with a pupil-centred approach to teaching and learning.

It is an exciting time to join the Computer Science Department. Pupils have the opportunity to study and pursue a wide range of in-demand and emerging technologies, including robotics, artificial intelligence, cyber security, virtual and augmented reality and game development.

A qualified teacher, with a proven track record is desired, however, applications would also be welcome from NQTs and those looking to begin a career in teaching.
