We are seeking to appoint a dynamic and ambitious teacher to teach Computing and ICT at St Andrew’s. Computing and ICT sit within the Computing, ICT and Business faculty. The department is very strong and fully staffed with specialist teachers supported by excellent technicians. All students at St Andrew’s study ICT and Computing at KS3. Currently about 60% of the students study ICT, Media or Computing at GCSE. ICT and Computing are popular subject at A Level where we have groups studying A Level and BTEC courses. The exam results in both GCSE and A Level are very strong. We have excellent facilities and will have three additional ICT suites build for Easter 2023. This post would suit an NQT or a more experienced candidate with a track record of excellent results. This is a great opportunity to join a very strong and dynamic faculty.

St Andrew’s Catholic School is a mixed, comprehensive, Roman Catholic secondary school with sixth form situated in Leatherhead, Surrey. It is a community state school which has strong links to local churches and falls under the Diocese of Arundel and Brighton. The school provides 1290 places for secondary and sixth form students between the ages of 11-18.
A school that consists of three buildings, the central school building dates back to the 1950s, while its new building opened in 2018.
