Hours: 35 per week

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated Computing teacher to join our dynamic and supportive Technology Faculty from August 2020. We aim to foster a passion for our subjects within each of our pupils. Our Technology Faculty benefits from industry standard software. Our Pupils have iPads to help them use and understand Technology in learning. We offer many courses up to Advanced Higher, we also offer courses such as Computer Game Creation and Cyber Security to help Pupils understand the labour market picture at present.

Salaries will be in accordance with the Scheme of Salaries and Conditions of Service for Teaching Staff in School Education.

This post is considered Regulated Work with Vulnerable Children and/or Protected Adults, under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007. Preferred candidates will be required to join the PVG Scheme or undergo a PVG scheme update check prior to a formal offer of employment being made by the City of Edinburgh Council.
