Huddersfield New College, the first Sixth Form College to be judged outstanding by OfSTED under the new inspection framework, is seeking to appoint a Teacher of Criminology and Law (0.87FTE fractional post).
 

The ability to teach Law at Advanced Level/Level 3 is essential, with the ability to teach Criminology and/or an interest in and motivation to teach this subject at Level 3 being desirable.
 

Applicants must hold a recognised teaching qualification and a degree in a relevant discipline such as, Law, Psychology, Sociology, or closely related discipline. We welcome applications from newly qualified teachers, or if not already qualified applicants must be in the process of applying for a course of study or be part-way through a course of study. A full programme of support will be put in place to ensure that the successful candidate can develop to their full potential within the college community.
