Job overview
We are looking to appoint an innovative, dynamic and enthusiastic Teacher of Design & Technology/Engineering/Construction who can release the creative side of our students. The department is well resourced and features a range of CAD/CAM and CNC equipment.
Teaching students throughout KS3 & 4, you will be based in one of our dedicated DT rooms. A background in delivering KS3/ KS4 electronics or level 1/2 / GCSE Engineering/Construction would be an advantage but not essential as full training will be given.
Currently, OCR Engineering Design is offered to KS4 students and is very popular. The successful candidate would be expected to have an interest in teaching to this level or offering Product Design/Construction.
You will be joining a strong Technology department supported by specialist technicians.
