Teacher of Design and Technology

We are a 11 - 16 mixed comprehensive school. We strive for high standards and maintain high expectations and we aim to help each and every student to succeed. A love of learning is our priority and the pastoral system supports the students in their academic and personal development. We have a specialism in Languages and have twice been awarded International School status. This focus means that our students have exceptional opportunities to travel, meet people from different cultures and develop the skills they will need as they journey through the chapters of their life at our college and beyond.

Our aim is to develop confident, independent, flexible, self-disciplined and considerate young people. Our students have opportunities in and beyond the classroom to develop their academic, sporting, creative and leadership qualities. They go on  from us to a range of career and educational choices, including accessing some of the most prestigious sixth forms and universities, such as Atlantic College and Cambridge University.
