This vacancy is an excellent opportunity for a talented practitioner to join our teaching team and make a positive difference to the lives of our young people. Parkside Community School is a good school with sustained improvement over time. This vacancy is for one term in the first instance. 

In 2022 the school achieved a progress 8 score of +0.61, following a score of +0.59 in 2019 when performance figures were last published. This makes Parkside the highest achieving school in Derbyshire for progress in three of the last four years in which performance figures have been published.

Parkside Community School is a small sized 11-16 secondary located in Chesterfield. In April 2023 it joined Embark Federation.
