Tes are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and experienced Teacher of Design & Technology on a full-time OR part-time permanent basis from January 2022. Both experienced and newly qualified teachers are encouraged to apply.

The school is part of a renowned trust that comprises 32 geographically organised academies (15 secondaries, 14 primaries and 2 special) educating 20,000 students, and employing 2,500 talented staff. The trust is establishing four ‘clusters’ of academies: North West Kent; Central Kent; South East London; Medway. In addition, the trust is responsible for one of the region’s biggest initial teaching training organisations, a large teaching school hub and is an accredited apprenticeship provider.
Design Technology is a popular subject and they have a cohort of over 120 students in Key Stage 4 and 15 A-Level students who they see flourish year on year when being taught by a passionate and engaging teacher.
The Successful Candidate:
- Good honours degree and Qualified Teacher Status
- Experience teaching across the key stages
- Passionate about your subject and have the ability to motivate, support and enthuse students
- Energetic with a 'can do' attitude
