Vision for Education are looking to recruit a Teacher of Design & Technology Product Design on behalf of a school in Stamford.

They are proud to be the largest school in Rutland and the only 11-18 Independent Academy in the county. We also have an outstanding Childcare Centre on site.

The school was founded in 1939 and has a long tradition as the highest performing independent state school in Stamford and East Rutland. Their motto is "Ability is not fixed" and believe that everyone can improve if they work hard, practice and learn from their mistakes.

You will be required to teach Design & Technology to Key Stage 3, 4 & 5 classes. The role will include planning and assessment, and you will be working in a supportive and friendly school with the full support of the department. Successful candidates must hold a recognised teaching qualification and have experience of working within a school. NQT's and experienced teachers are welcome and encouraged to apply.

The position is fixed term and will start in January 2017 for the full academic year.

This position is to cover a vacant post for four days per week.
