Job overview
We are seeking to appoint an outstanding teacher of Design Technology who will share our determination to transform the life chances of our students. We are looking for a highly effective colleague who works hard and has high standards. Creative Arts is a thriving Faculty at Breckland which is amongst the highest achieving in the school.
The successful candidate will teach Design Technology to Key Stages 3 and offer a GCSE in Design Technology at KS4. You need to have flair and passion for your subject and be able to inspire our students to achieve their ambitions. You will have the opportunity to work with like-minded teachers within the Creative Arts faculty. We offer excellent CPD opportunities, something we value highly.
If you want to work in a supportive, progressive faculty, where you have the opportunity to teach your subject, and behaviour management is not an issue, we would like to hear from you.

About Breckland School
Breckland School is a co-educational, non-denominational secondary school in Brandon, Suffolk. It is run by Sabres Educational Trust.
There are 550 students on the school roll, aged from 11 to 16, expected to grow to 600 in a few years. Breckland School has well-established links with local primary schools and post-16 providers. The school offers a variety of enrichment activities, including the Duke of Edinburgh bronze award, as well as local, national and international trips and visits.
