Endeavour MAT is a newly formed Trust, which currently comprises Wilmington Grammar School for Girls (WGSG), Wilmington Grammar School for Boys (WGSB) and is the Trust chosen to open Stone Lodge School in Dartford Wilmington Grammar School for Girls is an 11-18 year old selective Girls’ Grammar School, with a co-educational sixth form, run jointly with Wilmington Grammar School for Boys. The school was judged ‘outstanding’ in November 2015 and is popular and oversubscribed. Are you versatile, able to work across a number of technologies and excited by the opportunity to be involved in a new initiative?
We are seeking a Teacher who:
• Has a love of Design Technology
• Is an excellent classroom practitioner
• Has a degree in Technology, Engineering or a related subject
• Has a record of achieving good results in Technology
• Understands how girls achieve in Technology
• Provides individual challenge to all students
• Uses assessment to excellent effect within the classroom
• Is confident across a wide range of technologies to enhance learning
We offer Design Engineer Construct (Level 2 and level 3) alongside our other technologies. This has sponsorship from Laing O’ Rourke. This programme allows use of industry standard software (REVIT, BIM, Maya) and full training is provided for all staff. The project based approach is linked to real world scenarios, using high tech equipment to mirror real life.

As joint lead of NWK Teaching School Alliance, the development of outstanding teachers and the opportunity for staff progression is considered a priority.
